The program selected the solution of multi-type heterogeneous robots in cooperative combination, the problem of intensive storage and handling of multiple types of containers in the wire-side supply chain, and solved the difficult problems of discrete manufacturing through intelligent and flexible solutions.
Through the collaboration of two professional teams, Yujiashan Technology and CIMIC, this project was successfully launched in just one month.
Since going online, the factory's space utilization has increased by 20%, storage capacity has increased significantly by 1,20%, and picking efficiency has achieved an increase of 30%, while ensuring an accuracy rate of up to 99.99%. In addition, the manpower input has been reduced by 50%, realizing the lean upgrading of the factory's line-side supply chain management, and setting a new industry benchmark for the upgrade of flexible and dense warehousing and digitally-intelligent supply chain.
